Court bsiliffs that never turned up

In 2012, Pre Legal Recoveries (M&S Bank) wrote to me regarding an alleged store to credit card debt of over Ł10k. They said that situation was seerious and that court bailiffs could be given authority to remove goods.

Now 6.5 years later the alleged debt is stature barred and I'm still waiting for the court bailiffs to turn up!

Maybe what they failed to mention was that to send a Bailiff they first had to take you to Court, second they had to win & third you had to fail to pay. Obviously a letter with many mays & mights.
