Today recieved a letter from Bryan Carter on behalf of Lowells and there client (i assume shop direct) for £8500 plus £1800 interest + legal costs) to say a CCJ is being issued against me.
How did I let it come to this...don't recal a letter before action other wise I should have acted.
I think I stopped paying around 2010 when we hit money problems and had the acount for years. Did try to deal with a few months after but they were all impossible to deal with. No excuse.
Seriously worried now as havent got a hope in hell paying this amount and from what I recall they were slapping charges on left right and centre.
Help what can I do....
