Begining of July last year, I contacted Gladstone Brookes over an old catalogue account I believe had PPI on it.
I had the account for 20 years.
Its now a year later, and Shop Direct just are not cooperating over the matter and did not respond to Gladstone Brookes for a PPI Check.
The complaint is now with the Financial Ombudsman Service, and again Shop Direct are just not responding to them either.
I spoke to the Ombudsman yesterday, and they said they would send Shop Direct another email requesting information regarding PPI.
I'm really at a loss here and don't know why Shop Direct have not responded over PPI.
Any advice please on how next to proceed if the Ombudsman can't get them to cooperate?
