      Hey archer.....
That letter we all seem to have got from someone's solicitors is being investigated for possibly being an attempt at 'Blackmail'.......
As it looks like saying accept the offer or our client will penalise you for not accepting!
Spoke to someone at court and local judge is very upset to say the least about it....lol
I sent it to my court for the judge to look at.....apparently....he is taking advice on possible action against person who sent it and their clients......lol
I will let you know what happens.....'The Solicitors' are desperate to settle according to phonecall my fiancee took Friday afternoon......wonder if it was due to the letter??
      lol......
      Russ

Any advice I give is just that.....Advice....I am not legally trained or God....so don't claim to know everything....lol

Ace news, even more pressure/power to bear. Oooooh you might get a very nice handout veilside for compo, speshly as theyre threatening you, and you know you cant take the pressure of being threatened (lay it on thick, lol lol lol ), you know major compo for distress caused, lol lol lol xxxxxx

Good Morning Archer, hows the rest of the archers, particularly the littlest archer. It always makes me smile when you call her that. Bit like Hedgey with the mucky little twinkies. It conjures up such a lovely iccle picture. Are we all ready to do even more battle today with the Nutwest. I feel ten feet tall again on this site now we have Nattie the insider on our side. Fair play and all that. Dont hate banks, just dont like that they never play fair. Use bullying and abusive tactics to us mere mortals. NO FAIR, BIG TIME NO FAIR, thats the bit that gripes me. xxxxxxxxxx Fendy xxxxxxx

Just try it on big time Russ and see what happens. They can only say NO at the worst, and can negotiate from there.

26th June is big day for me, a whole 24 hours before you twos. Got to have disclosure list in by then, Yikes.............................. just kidding. All done and dusted. xx

well theyve really taken the mick,im scared of losing the money if it goes to court ,as the 2 people who had to attend have lost...i really need the money and would be gutted if i lost it.im phoning the court today to see if theyve got the bundle.and im phoning the solicitors as well cos theyve been ignoring me and not replied to me.I have put in my bundle about costs for doing bundle and babysitting etc while court case goes on. but im so close now and had spent so much time reading etc that i am scared of losing it all.i just cant see me winning they seem to be wanting me to go into the court room.really been down about it especially as the time goes on.they just done want to negotiate with me at all but everyoone else they seem to listen to

They might have screwed up and not got any defence ready at all......lol
It's more than likely that they are waiting for Natwest to give them directions....
And Natwest are losing so many customers and dealing with...soooo many claims....lol
And they probably have everyone working on fendys claim........lol
I recon they will either not defend or
                        make last minute offer......
