        Hi Archer

I'd be really interested in receiving a photocopy as well please.

"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

Archer, I would dearly love them. Let me have your e mail and I can send you my address, I would of course send you a stamped addressed envelope if you let me have your address, or could you scan them in and e mail them to me............. I might actually end up getting these from the bank, but I dont want to end up being dependent on them if you see what I mean.

            My e mail:

better take my e mail out I think now. Lol xxxx Dont want every nutter on the planet e mailing me. Lol xxx

If you need it again Archer, let me know.

If Archer sends Fendy the hard copies, then if Fendy could email me scanned version that would be great.

              Does that sound logical?!

              Cheers peeps x

Yes you can. Without prejudice is a little outdated now. I asked my friend who is a legal, and apparently, yes it can be produced in court... contrary to what wikipedia tells you. Fendy xxx

No, it can not be used in court, big fat NO. I will make a big post about the use of "without prejudice" and its implications but this is not the place for it, so I will come back with a link. http://www.legal-beagles.co.uk/forum...documents.html

same again, it not much and you have to be careful not to be greedy. I have been working on this subject already and have most of it to ink, just 1001 things. I'll get this posted within 10 days.

Archer Im no expert at this, but I have asked an expert for you, and that expert has said Yes you can use it. If the judge chooses to disregard it, then that is for him or her to decide that, but the fact is YES you can put it in there and it wont damage your case. I have this on fact from a solicitor. Honestly, I wouldnt tell you you could if you couldnt. At worst, if you get one of the old school type judges, then he will simply just disregard it. He wont strike your case out because of it being in there, if he doesnt want to use it.

I have this from the horses mouth. Fendy xxxx

this letter should be of use if you are trying to draft something with regard to your costs for time etc. Do amend it to suit your claim as it was a drafted as a response to an offer.
