Barclays Additions Account Help Please

My OH has been successful in reclaiming monthly fees plus interest but bank has refused to pay back any other charges, where the monthly fee amount affected some months being overdrawn and also additional charges added.

They have also commented about going to fos within six months.

Is this correct or should she revert and disagree with their comments ? There are quite a few charges been added.

If the fee is directly responsible for the charges then I cannot see why they are not refunding those charges as well. If the charge for the account was not the direct reason for going over or exceeding the overdraft then I can see their point, if that makes sense.

Thanks and comments appreciated. I will ask OH to check her statements but I know that some of the charges were quite excessive to say the least.
