    ***URGENT!!!*** Mahala vs Smile

    We urgently need access to a solicitor who is willing to work with us Pro Bono or at absolutely minimum cost to resolve their persistent mismanagement of her accounts, telephone harassment and failure to honour agreements between them and her. Telephone conversations are not working, letters are ignored and their "secure messaging" system is so slow as to be unuseable.

    Can anyone help please?

    Have you tried the Financial Ombudsman? The maximum fine for it was £250 at one point, but I think you need to get something written down about the incidents, how they were resolved if any and ask for a FINAL RESPONSE.

      Sorry guys, call the dogs off. Mahala managed to find the person in Smile who knows what Customer Service is. They fixed the immediate problem.
