I have also had charges with the co-operative bank and Have contacted the FOS Regarding them any help on the best way to get your overdraft fees back.

To go to FOS you need to have written a letter of complaint to Co-Op and gone through their complaints process to get a final resolution from them - usually 8 weeks - THEN you can take your complaint to the FOS if you so wish.

Unless there is hardship and you have communicated this to the Co-Op - or the fees have been applied incorrectly - you will not have much chance obtaining a refund of fees via FOS.

can you post up any correspondence you have (personal details removed) so that the other Beagles can see what you have done so far??

Did you contact the co-operative bank about the charges before going to the FOS??
What did you send to the FOS??
