I couldn't believe this.
An RUC Claimer advised that they have been charged a whopping £75 for being overdrawn by £1.70 for 10 days.
That is made up from £15 monthly unplanned OD fees, plus a daily rate of £6 per day whilst the account was overdrawn. The person spent 25 minutes on the phone trying to get Lloyds to reduce this but were point blank refused any reduction as they had incurred charges previously.
Copy of letter the person received from Lloyds is attached together with copy of bank statement.
I intend to send a copy of this to Justice Andrew Smith ( test Case Judge ) Great example of the great British Banking system at work !!!!
