Hi All,
I recently did a SAR request to LLoyds TSB. I have a couple of questions:
Firstly on my statements there appears to be a lot of fees charged for been over my overdraft limit. I was in severe financial difficulty at the time so with all the charges each month I found it almost impossible to keep within my limit. On some occasions it was the charges that sent me over the o/d limit for the next month and it spiralled out of control. Can I claim these fees bank along with returned DD fees etc?
Secondly should there be a copy of any default notices within the SAR pack?
