Morning xx another question, in the house sale, you mention possibly three weeks, where exactly are you on the house sale? Do you have completion dates etc set?

If it helps with hubby , though maybe just more stress, and just in my view, it is unlikely to go to debt collectors, but to court for possession on the security so sorting an agreement sooner rather than later is a good idea.

Morning everything is with solicitors and we are hoping for completion dates sometime this week.
If they dont have contract wont it be difficult although not impossible to make progress, My husband is thinking of ringing monday to see what they would agree to . We were advised not to tell them we would have funds from sale but try and negotiate settlement figure.
Im sleeping better now we have chance of funds to pay off debt. lol
