In January NatWest agreed to remove a default marker from a Current Account of mine, I asked and they did it. Here is what they replaced it with.....(sorry I don't know how to paste the screen shot directly in here).
They removed the default that was added in 2010 (I only asked for it to be backdated to 2008) but have replaced it with arrears codes between Nov 2011 and Feb 2012 although before then its all marked as "OK" yet the payments were the same, in fact they'd have only increased.
The arrears codes were back in 2009, so basically they've removed the default and accrued bad status codes more recently instead of in 2009.
So frustrating!
