RBS found snooping on customer

If you were embroiled in a dispute with your bank, how would you feel if you discovered that, unbeknown to you, private detectives had accessed your credit report to get the lowdown on your finances?

Or to investigate how likely you were to settle the case before it went to court?

That's what the RBS Group and/or Shoosmiths did...

Experian say someone needs consent to see another persons credit report is this true? is it law?

Hence the apparently forged signatures on the consent forms.

So if I apply to Experian for my credit report my address is not available to those I owe money to?

It would be, as you'd have given consent to the original creditor and that right would have been ceded or assigned to the debt parasites.
