Defaulted Account , with Shoosmiths

I've two old nat west o/d which I defaulted some years ago . What I want to know is how extract dates of to default last payment etc. they keep ringng me to get an income and expenditure . I know they have threatened me with court before but I cant remember if they have a judgement .

Would a sar be appropriate?

What are you trying to find out????

if you are trying to find out if they have a CCJ against you then you can find that out on your credit files with the CRA's

If they have obtained CCJ's for the accounts then Default dates will make no difference

If you can give more details as to what you what to find out, then we will be able to advise you a bit better
