what do these code numbers mean ? -Natwest card

On a copy of an application form I was sent after a s78 request I noticed a series of 'reference numbers' printed on the form..

These are AGMA. G00137. and 5120TM.

These date from 2005.

They are all printed on the address label which was stuck on the form. I'm not sure if this address label came already stuck on the application form after an initial enquiry about applying for the card, or whether they were added later and stuck over the hand written address I wrote on the form.

But has anyone a clue what they mean, or any suggestions as to how I find out what they mean ?

Uhmm, there used to be someone here who used to work for NatWest but he's not been around for some time, I'd have thought an ex-employee would be your best bet.
