Certainly, pursue a complaint with Dyfed-Powys Police's Professional Standards Department as to the force's apparent reluctance/laziness to investigate a crime. As for HSBC, I feel that the time is right to start applying some judicious pressure to them and keep increasing the pressure each time they try to fob you off.
