I got letter from Metropolitan Collection Services Limited, I have been instructed by them to pay the outstanding balance 77 pounds.
My situation is: When i was in UK, my salary a/c was HSBC. Its already six months since i left UK because my visa got expired so, left the country. When I was leaving UK, I withdrawn all the money from my bank account returned to native country leaving my a/c balance to NIL. After 6 months I received a letter from Metropolitan Collection services to pay this amount.
Since i left the country I have not done any transactions from that account. I have no idea why they sent this letter now.
I guess, before leaving the country i could have closed the account.
Could you please help me how to handle this now.
