  • Confused

Not being bank savvy but knowing I had several loans in the 1990's and 2000 I requested details of which loans had PPI on them from LloydsTSB
Letter promptly back within a week with the details of account numbers and which had PPI.
Claims sent off to Lloyds PPI claims department and a response back within a week again saying they had investigated and looked historically and found that the loan did not have PPI.
I am now really confused because the letter from Ladian Bartlett of the chief executive team clearly confirmed that 2 loans had PPI.
Can anyone help me please on where i go from here?
    Thank you!
