  • Hello - here looking for advice about a Lloyds default

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum.

I have found a few threads on here from people who have had defaults placed on their credit files by Lloyds years after the original default/missed payment, and have found myself in a similar situation myself so am seeking some advice and to find out whether anyone has successfully had a default notice removed after challenging Lloyds (none of the threads seemed to include an update on if/how they were resolved!).

Is it best to post my issue here or over on another thread?

Thanks - looking forward to hearing your views!

You need someone from Admin to move the thread into the Lloyds forum.

Suggest you provide a timeline with all the actions in date order with full explanations, so people can see exactly what has happened. Every case is different so without the full details they can't give advice.

Also need full details on: credit agreement, default process, assignment if its been sold on and any charges added on.

Thanks. I'll pop back later and start a new thread with all the info in the right forum.

Hi, I hope this wasn't the wrong thing to do/contravening forum etiquette but I have actually posted this thread under the Wrongful Defaults forum as that seemed to be where many other similar threads were posted. Here is the link to it: http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...632#post323632

        Thanks,
