  • Cardholder protection plan

    Hi ,
I took out a Lloyds tsb credit card in 1998 and paid it off in 2008 , looking at old statements I was paying a monthly charge for a cardholder protection plan which I initially thought was ppi but realise it is a separate product . My issue is the amount I was paying ranging between £35 and £50 a month working out to be around 78 pence per hundred pound I owed on the card .
Would I be able to claim these payments back , looking at some cardholder protection plans at the moment they are about £40 a year .
Would like to hear your thoughts on this matter .
    Thanks Harvey
