  • I think i may be on a looser here but we live in hope

I have an ordinary(online) account with these people, had it for 6years, never any problems.

I pay all my Direct Debits for my Credit cards and stuff out of there.

My pension goes i the bank on the 23rd of the month some of my DDs go out on the 25th. This month this was a weekend.
My money did not reach the bank until the 25th so they bounced my DDs, even though the money was in the same day, saying that the money should be in the account 24 hours before they were due. This was a Sunday.

They say they will charge £45 bank charges at the end of the month £15 per item.
    Am I stuffed,

Draw out your money, find somewhere else and put a deposit in your account over time so it doesn't go that close again.

If you don't want to leave them, threaten to leave unless they change their mind lol.

Oh, and I haven't a clue what the answer is. I'm betting you do, though

Have you asked them if they can stop the charges? just explain to them what you have put in your post.

If due to the recent "glitch" they have said they will refund charges but yet to find out myself if this is true
