Hi,
I was wondering if anyone can shed some light on this matter.
I have an employment dispute currently ongoing. I managed to get funding from Barclays. Their appointed representative ARC legal gave me funding of £1500 which apparently is the standard procedure.
I have looked through the whole policy and am not able to see anywhere a clause stating that £1,500 is the figure for employment disputes.
I am attaching the relevant page of the policy.
I know 1,500 is better than a kick in the teeth and shouldn't moan, however I relied on this statement of up to £50k to my detriment and now am going to be out of pocket once all is done.
Do I have the right to challenge the decision of £1,500
Many thanks in advance
Best regards
