    Re: My Bank Ignores Me

    Hi,

This is their standard tactic to avoid complaints or requests for things they try hard not to disclose.

Always do everything in writing only, keep a copy of all letters and send recorded delivery or special delivery if urgent.

Give them a time limit to respond,be realistic, then if they ignore you send a letter to Financial Ombudsman and the National Press stating that your bank is ignoring all correspondence and include a copy/ copies of all letters sent.

That should get the ball rolling. Hope that helps.
