    Yes, continue as normal.

They will probably write back and say they are not dealing with charges complaints until after the test case.

Your friend still need to file a court case to make sure none of her charges over 6 years are excluded before the test case is settled.

          Re: Scarlet's friend V barclays

All MCOL cases are being automatically stayed so its gotta be N1.

No guarantee it won't be stayed anyway but not all courts are staying all claims so might as well go for it.

            Re: Scarlet's friend V barclays

I believe that you can email MCOL to get the automatic stay lifted and get it transfered to court.

"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

                      Re: Scarlet's friend V barclays

That is a decision I have been battling with in my claims. I think if limitation is not going to be a problem for you then there is no harm holding off until outcome. However if this may affect your claim meaning some of the charges being outside the 6 year rule if you wait it may be worth getting it filed sooner rather than later.
