Hi, I'm new to this site so maybe askign a question already asked. If answer exist please point me in the right direction.


What happens if you do not acknowlegde a debt with a bank?

Also, I think i may have made a mistake acknowledging debt rather than ask them to take it to court. Am i right?

Most of my advice about debt i obtain from National Debtline. Are they good?

I really want to clear my debts ( not avoid) but can't afford to really, what options do i have?

It seems to me people (rich) with the right advisors successfully have their debts annulled. How come?

Can you provide some detail please? To whom do you owe the debts? How many and how much are they? How old are they?
What action has been taken so far? What have you done so far about them? What is your situation?

If you can answer these, we'll have a much better chance of offering some help.
