Hello.
Found this site this morning and was just having a read through and the advice seems ok.
Anyway.. to my point.
I received an account summary this morning and the charges are quite frankly obscene. It's my own fault as it's not an account I use often and was actually unaware that I was £30 overdrawn.
I can live with the £15 fee as it was unarranged.
What I am struggling with is that my Amazon account is linked to the card on that.... something else that had slipped my mind. I bought four cheap books via my kindle and thought it linked to my main bank account... sadly not.
Therefore...
I have 4x PAID ITEM FEE CARD PAYMENT things to Amazon. The books are £0.86, £1.43, £3.58 and £0.99. However they're accompanied with 4x £30 fees And the unaranged overdraft fee of £15.
Is there anything I can do about these?
It's my own fault obviously.. so if it's tough then it's tough... but £135 in charges for items totalling less than 7 quid... shocking.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Andy
