  • Revealing secrets of your banking history: NatWest Archive Revealed

This has been inspired by someone on this forum and others who has been having some problems with NatWest. I am sure by reading this intro you will know who you are and thank you because this was important to make clearer.
One research tool of learning about bank loans and historic debts with natwest should make sure that NatWest comply with a FULL Subject Access Request which will contain notes on your banking history. THe most important of them is the NatWest Archive. It contains 12 menus to look at from Direct Debits to Addresses to Product History ie loans current accounts, but the important part is the Notes system which will have notes of loans, complaints, increase in overdrafts and furthermore any notes on the account.

I hope the information helps BUT please remember this part of the SAR may be the most important.
