  • N-RAM (Formerly Northern Rock)

For the past couple of weeks I've had a string of calls from N-RAM who are saying my mortgage account is in arrears - in reality my payment date at the end of each month means that it may look like I'm in arrears for a few days (i.e at the beginning of the following month), but I'm not.
I can't do anything about the payment date as it coincides my my own payday.
What confuses me is that it's been like this for a long time so it's not a new situation? I'm wondering if N-RAM are trying to shrink their mortgage book and are looking at every possible avenue.
I've complained so the calls have stopped.
    Ayone else with similar experiences?

N Ram claim they will do everything possible to resolve any payment issues on their website.
