"Bankers are being asked to give up their bonuses and live in the "real world."

Bankers last night rejected calls to live in the real world insisting it was full of badly-dressed poor people with only one house."

Well Bob Diamond, I still say that if God wanted us to bend over he would have sprinkled the floor with diamonds

Rhymes, shmimes. That's old hat. A simile, now that adds more colour to matters.

So that could be...as shiny as a banker's suit...or as fat as Bob Diamond's wallet...or Barclays are like Red Mountain Coffee (cheap and tasteless)

So do I DS, so do I!! Especially their in house goons Mercers.
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )
