Hello all

I've just got all my statements from HSBC, they owe me Â£1400.
I sent the prelim latter last monday so waiting anxiously to hear if they'll pay up.

I'll keep you posted

They will probably make you an offer but it won't be the full claim so be prepared to send a rejection letter!
