Flangies v Abbey

I stillnoice that Abbey are charging astronomical charges for failed dd's and being overdrawn where as NATWEST have reduced thier figure from £39 to £5
Surely that is the more realistic figure?

I was short of paying a dd by a £1 and was charged the usual £35 plus £15 for any paid items.

Does anyone know if abbey will be reducing thier charges?
Also would I be able to write them to request any monies back?

Nationwide are also still charging a fortune I see. I wonder how these people sleep at night.
