Claiming back charges from Barclays.

Hi there,
i was wondering if anyone has details of claiming bank charges off barclays.I have had a buisness account with them for a couple of years ,i am overdrawn at the moment and work is quiet and i owe various debts.If i do start a claim will barclays close my account and would another bank accept me because of a claim made against barclays.Any advice or instructions would be great .

Yes, my advice is that you cannot claim back charges on a business account at present. Have a read of the Business section of the forum
