I will keep this short
HSBC suddenly blocked my account and reopened it 10 months later offering £1,000 as a way of saying sorry. The restriction was due to a glitch in their system and had nothing to do with any payments going in or out.
clearly I was not happy with just £1,000 and asked them to pay off all the defaults and car repossession that I endured. My credit history is ruined and my creditors are chasing me for over £100000 (1 hundred thousand) . They will not pay more than what they've already given me so if I went to the county court can I sue them for breach of statutory Duty under any bcobs law ?
