Nice to see you too Enaid. Been a bit busy this past few months, so not had much time for the auld t'internet.
The message I take from this is, RBS are getting themselves ready for the final outcome of the test case, which they know will go against them. Otherwise, I think they would have said to just wait it out as before. Methinks they are clearing their desks of all the complaints that they can so they are not as swamped in paperwork as they might otherwise be.
