Hi Elderbridge had agreed that I could contact them via email due to hearing issues and anxiety caused by contacting them agreed by Elderbridge via FOS.However as I pointed out it is actually disability act ie other forms of communication. Elderbridge refuse to acknowledge or respond to my emails. What remitt would this fall under IE failure to provide communication other than phone ?
FOS have ignored my point and do not grasp they are failing FOS Obudsman decision and disability act !!
