    I settled for less than the amount first being claimed in 2003.
    Irronically just after settling the Court emailed to say they had lost the file and would have to delay the hearing.

      thank goodness ! you have to give a bit more detail than that lol, how much did they settle for and are you off the hook as far as the supposed debt goes ? did they instigate settling after receiving your documents ?
