I have an account with Pockit.
It's an online app based account with s debit card, call or prepaid if you will.
Just over a week ago now they froze my account because they said they were 'reviewing' it.
They asked me for 3 documents which I sent immediately and haven't heard anything since. Whenever I email i get the same pre written response and the customer service phone number never gets answered.
Ive got about £400 in the account which they are refusing to let go and it's my understanding from a google search that there is people in the same predicament as me but nearly 2 years down the line.
I have issued them notice that I intend to commence legal action via MCOL for the balance if they dont release it within 72 hours.
What else can I do?
