In 2004 i took out a 35year mortgage for £58,000 plus TMPPI (first time home owner in my name only). For the first 9 years i never missed a payment on either and I was never late on a payment on either.
Been working fulltime within the same company since I was 19. Due to illness my boss had sold his business as a going concern & I continued in fulltime employment except work pressures had increased 10 fold, i had become conditioned & was a victim of bullying in work by management and in April 2013 i was suffering with severe regular bouts of depression my GP said I was unfit for work.
This has been a long and distressful few years trying to resolve the issues i have repeatedly experienced from St Andrews Insurance Ireland (Lloyds Banking umbrella) changed to Halifax Insurance Ireland had cancelled the claim i had on my TMPPI policy to ensure my monthly mortgage payments were paid. FOS had later on found in my favour, in meantime the cancellation was accruing arrears on Mortgage.
See the 3 attached items, I have much more to add will do.
