Also from the new waiver conditions which did you think applied to you?

Re: Natwest - Hardship Claim turned down
Hi, The bank gave me no reason for turning me down, just that we did not fall within their criteria that falls into "Financial Hardship". The waiver conditions that I think applied to us are:
i. items repeatedly being returned unpaid due to lack of available funds;
ii. failing to make loan repayments or other commitments;
iii. discontinuation of regular credits;
iv. notification of some form of insolvency or court proceedings;
v. regular requests for increased borrowing or repeated rescheduling of debts;
vii. repeatedly exceeding a credit card or overdraft limit without agreement (and, in this regard, where a complainant has incurred over £500 in unauthorised overdraft charges in the previous 12 months, that is to be treated as indicative of financial difficulty). What is my next step?

Call or e-mail them first. I'd reccomend you contact Jonathon Locke, Tel 020 7964 0334 e-mail Locke, Jonathan explain the situation and tell him, for obvious reasons, that you need it dealt with asap.
The best time to get him is first thing - he's usually in from 7.30.
