    Gobby's Baby brother V Lloyds TSB

    This is at very early stages yet but my brother reckons they had a few grand out of him in charges am going to do S.A.R. and will know more but he cant even pay other debts due to the charges so therefore is accruing more charges on his CC too due to missed payments etc etc......My brother says they have taken nearly £600 in one 5 week period. He not very good with money so I shall do what I can.
    Will keep you posted.
