Bud, You are right, it's not worth to go ahead filing my claim as we could'nt afford the court fee. I will stick with LBA until after the test case resolved.

I got 2 more CC to go but didnt have the time to get round but will try sort them out sap. Will start a new thread for O/H business account. thanks Ame

Do you still have the list of all the charges etc.

We can redo your spreadsheet, up to date with new charges and send this off as part of the LBA.
