  • Claiming back charges

    Good Morning, Everyone

I recently sent my SAR Form and statements highlighting charges to Barclays and they replied with a letter yesterday saying that the charges were within legal rights and that they are currently going through a dispute with OCT over it.

    What can I do now?
The charges were for almost £700.

Shock horror lol. Well your complaint is in the system now and will be in the pile of stayed cases....sadly for the moment that is pretty much it.

We have been through your I/E etc and I don't think you will have a case for hardship to bust through the waiver.

Others might have different ideas but thats my first thought
