Hi,
My girlfriend seems to have been issued with a default notice from EGG fior her loan. In a nutshell she never received this notice etc etc... we've since asked for a copy and they've refused.
Now what, can I go to court and request a copy through them, she's currently paying the debt back to a debt collection agency which is fine as she's not worried about paying it back. The initial payments (2 months in a row) happened due to her being hospitalised for pregnancy problems...
Anyway, what can I do now.. out mortgage is due for renewal and it'll be difficult already without the default notice!!
