  • Statutory Demand - BW Legal WON!!!

    Hi all,

A Statutory Demand dropped on my doormat yesterday afternoon. Not knowing anything about what one is, I did a quick Google search and came across this incredibly helpful and informative forum.

I immediately sent an email to Celestine saying I had a SD and would she be so kind to contact me. I have had a long and detailed conversation with Celestine who called me first thing this morning! Thank you so much.

In brief, the SD has been served by BW Legal/Lowells in respect to a credit card debt. I'd prefer not to go into specifics, but what I will say is that Celestine is now acting on my behalf and has put my mind at rest after a worrying few hours. Obviously this is just the start and I have just sent CCA's off as per Celestine's advice.

Many thanks again for the advice and for such a great forum.

I'll keep the forum updated as we go.

    Thanks for reading.

    Cheers, TinFoilHat

UPDATE: Statutory Demand withdrawn by consent. Costs paid.

Congratulations to TinFoilHat for defeating Lowell
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )
