    The Chancellor of the High Court has today made a new Insolvency Practice Direction which comes into immediate effect. This replaces in its entirety the previous 1999 Insolvency Practice Direction.

    interesting reading, especially for anyone challenging trustees costs, if you are challenging trustee's costs, read sip 9 section 8 and appendix d

    Very difficult to challenge trustees costs in practice.

      Just an update on this ( few years after ) . But i did deal with the trustees costs, and used the rules above to do it..... Thay was helpfull for me becuase i had large assist in my case and it makes a massive difference in court.....
