does anyone know the regs around the trustees minimum interest in a property.

For example,
1. can a trustee refuse a request to purchase his minimum interest.
2. can a trustee claim a minimum interest calculation under the terms " without prejudice " so i can not show it to the judge "

am also interested if anyone has had any experiance of building damage while a trustee is in position of a property.
