  • DTI Fees and stat interest

    Hi

Can anyone help me with understanding what curcumstances certan charges in bankruptcy may not apply

DTI fees - are these still payable under IVA, arte there any other curcumstances were the DTI fees may not be payable ( funds from 3rd partyu i know about, am look for any others )

Stat interest to creditors - do these increase during the IVA period, are they paid under IVA

I am fighting PWC over there costs ( section 303 ) of the insolvancy act.

does anyone understand about liability for damage to a property after the trustee has taken possesion, the trustee took possesion during the monitoring period of a claim, the cracs and damage has got worse since the trustees has had possesion.

    Not a clue myself sorry.

    BUMP :beagle:
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

        Just a slight update.

I have been told to write to the regional director of the OR and put my case for waving the DTI fees to him, I will post on what happens.

am still eager for any info anyone can shed on trustees an insurance claims

I was made bankrupt march 2007
          trustee appointed dec 5th 2007 ( PWC )

I am just checking the dates on the folllowing to be sure

9th December 2008 I contactd my insurce co, and made a subcidence claim. Its substantially
Can anyone point me to or have any advice on if the trustee ownes the insurance claim, as it was after my discharge.

My house is weorth + £ 120,000 The value with the subcidence is £ 45,000

The judge has suspended actions ( june 2011 ) until the insurance claim is sorted, but this is after the trustee evicted me ( march 2011 )

So does anyone have advice on who owns the claim. I had presumed it was the trustee, but am not sure now becaue the claim was made after I was discherged but before the trustee took possesion ( Dec 2009 )
