    Wage arrestment - scotland

    Hi

    Im new to this forum so please be nice.
    Me and my husband have just received a wage arresstment. Obviously we are aware that we are in debt and we received paperwork threatning with a wage arrestment to securing the debt to our house, however, we were not told the outcome, by the bank, their solicitors, or our employer. when i ask my employer for the details they refused? can anyone advise me what i can do?
