Re: Was not informed of bankruptcy proceedings!

Hello, can anyone help me with this please?

I have had stress and depression from what I presume to be the actions and lack of actions shown by Wirral Council.

I have lost my job which was outside UK as I had to stay in UK to sort this out. (Council knew of this)

I have struggled to pay my mortgage - I had to go to Court a few times to fight off repossession.

I am still bankrupt - all because I have a complaint against the council.

I am thinking of just letting the bank take my house because I feel that I can not deal with stress and depression any longer. Whilst I will lose a lot of money in letting the bank take my house, I feel that this would end my stress and depression since that is my only worry - related to the bankruptcy.

If I could end this bankruptcy, then I can continue with my work and get back on track. If I can not end the bankruptcy, then I think the only thing left for me to do is to let the bank repossess my house and then forget about the whole situation.

      Any help appreciated, thanks!

sorry if i didn't make above post clear, i am looking for help / guidance in ending the bankruptcy if possible.

also, if it is possible to end or annul the bankruptcy, possible further help in pursuing a claim against wirral council since my opinion is that i shouldn't have been made bankrupt
