  • trust deed query from scotland

I have been usin this site for a while and gettin lots of useful help and info on claimin against welcome finance for mis sold ppi.
I have been negotiating with fos and welcome for almost a year maybe more now and stil waitin to hear the outcome.

My problem now is that both my husband and myself are in a trust deed until december 2010.
We recently got letter from a company sayin our trust deed will not be finalised or closed until we sign all rights to claim for bank charges and mis sold ppi over to this company...... it will give them the right to do searches on our bank accounts and also start fightin welcome for mis sold ppi

No we are aware they have right to get as much money form us as possible for our debtors, that is not wat we disputin.....
We have paid them £100 each every month for first year to secure our property so our debtors cannot force us to sell our house to pay debts...... On top of that £100 each, we paid and are still paying £150 each per month to our trust deed people..... which is almost 3yrs we been paying them which we are not disputing or grumping about.....

Our debts only amounted to just under £15,000 wen we entered into trust deed....

We are worried that if we sign this agreement for some company to come along and fight welcome on our behalf, any refund on our account and reduction in payments etc will not hapen because the company that the trust deed people have appointed to do this, will make our situation worse....

Can anyone help with this..... any advice much appreciated.....thanx
